Job Description :
Role: Mortgage PM
Duration: Full time
Location : Cleveland, OH

Facilitates meetings, oversees development, coordinates with management to ensure appropriate resource allocations and addresses team issues.
The Project Manager is also responsible defining project milestones and timelines and ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
On small projects, the project manager will likely deal directly with all members of the software development team.
On larger projects, there is often a lead developer, lead graphic designer, lead analyst, etc. that report directly to the project manager.
Additionally:
managing through the standard project management lifecycle – business requirements, design, development, testing, implementation.
providing input into timelines and managing to those timelines
validating resource needs and refining estimates
identify, document, communicate and manage issues, risks, decisions and assumptions as it relates to workstream
ensuring all stakeholders and program management are kept engaged and up to date on worksteam activities
weekly status reports, attend program meetings as required
