Job Responsibilities:

4+ years, demonstrate-able experience as a language programmer in Scala
Strong best in microservices patterns and principles, microservices best practices on Docker, comfortable with Kubernetes environment, automated unit testing methodologies
Have 1-2+ years’ work experience in at least 1 of the following projects: machine learning, data science, big data, statistics, microservices, large scale application(s)
Able to work with MySQL, Cassandra or MongoDB, Hadoop/Hive persistence technologies
Comfortable with consuming data streaming from Kafka and one of the following data streaming: Spark, Storm, Beam, Flink
1-2+ years with enabling Continuous Integration for front-end technologies into a devops Jenkins-based pipeline, packaging into templates for reuse by other developers; includes creating robust unit test automation for their code
1-2+ years previous experience in an agile/ci-cd/devops delivery cadence (2week sprints), agile ceremonies (code reviews, demos, etc)
Comfortable with Kubernetes environment, automated unit testing methodologies
