Client need for a Data Warehouse Developer. This contract opportunity requires you to design, develop and implement logic to extract, transform & load data from transactional applications into the DW using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and PL/SQL. You will partner with Database Administrators and DW developers to achieve great performance and help DW end users understand and query data to accomplish their business purposes.
Must Haves:
3+ years’ data warehouse design and development experience
Experience with Oracle V. 11 including Oracle Application Express
Knowledge of ETL tools – Oracle Data Integrator Enterprise Edition (ODIEE)
Experience with lifecycle database design, 3NF and dimensional design concepts
Proficiency in PL / SQL coding, troubleshooting and performance tuning
Knowledge of Unix Scripting and job scheduling
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
