Job Description:
Note: Looking for 2+ Years of Salesforce experience and Construction / Heavy Engineering domain
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Fargo, ND
Duration: 3+ Months
Responsible for understanding business requirements and creating documentation as needed; i.e. User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, business cases, gap analysis (as is vs. to be), functional design documents etc.
Lead requirement discussion, JAD sessions, release planning and prioritization.
Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components.
Perform business process modelling, User experience modeling and basic technical architecture diagramming.
Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems following appropriate standards and requirement gathering.
Must present Prototypes/Demos to business users in Salesforce as required.
Experience:
Proven track record of stakeholder expectation management
Experience working with cross organizational and cross functional team members
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, support personnel, and provide functional guidance and expertise to customers and management
Proficient with standard documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience around Salesforce Marketing / Sales Cloud business processes is preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
