IT Infrastructure Analyst Job Details
Woodlands, TX area
Provide effective support to the client’s environment, including (but not restricted to) the following tasks:
Windows Server deployment and management
Active Directory / GPO
SCCM administration and Software packaging
SQL Server maintenance
VMWare Administration and Deployment
Citrix VDI administration and support
Cloud services PAAS and IAAS (AWS or Azure) administration
Business Continuity Management
Security Management – Patch Management and Server
Work folder and Direct access administration
Minor Network Configuration
Minor Support Datacenter Infrastructure (UPS, CRAC, etc) support
Minor Audio/Visual infrastructure support
Storage and Backup operation and maintenance
Partake in small projects and tasks, if required
On-call availability when required
IT Infrastructure Analyst Mandatory Skills
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related studies
Enterprise server infrastructure management
Customer service focused
VMware or similar Virtual environment deployment
Cloud services experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and highly demanding environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with EMC DD, HP SAN’s and/or Netapp
Cisco Networking Environment
Project management disciplinary experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
IT Infrastructure Analyst Nice to Have Skills
VCP, CCP or similar certification
VCA, CCA or similar certification
MTA or MCSA certification
