Responsibilities
IDS/IPS and SIEM tool with extended troubleshooting.
Strong Operational & troubleshooting experience in Bluecoat Proxies, Bluecoat reporter/Director (if any), Bitlocker.
Enterprise Security, Security & controls, Identity Access Management, Network, Endpoint & Gateway Security (McAfee ePo), Threat and Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing and Secure code review, Compliance Assessments
Prior technical and operational Networking experience with FWs, VPN technologies, Load Balancers, SSL connectivity.
Possess architecture and design knowledge skill set.
Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing technical best practices guidelines.
Be able to architect and design as well as be hands-on and implement. Develops long-term vision of technologies and solution. Assist the team in researching solutions.
Ready and open to provide on-call support outside business hours and weekends for critical incidents/activities when needed.
Advanced troubleshooting and Resolution of P1/P2/P3 Incidents where requested. Demonstrated ability to manage complex security environments with multi-site WAN, LAN and WLAN infrastructure.
Performs problem management, change management, maintenance execution, lifecycle management, availability management and capacity management
Create and update technical documentation.
Co-ordination with stakeholders, third parties and vendor for any Ticket related issues.
Experience in evaluating project needs, determining tasks and duration and take responsibility for projects-driving them to completion.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly Self-motivated with ability to tackle challenges without supervision.
Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
Strong time management skills; ability to jiggle priorities.
