Job Title: Support / Training Lead
Duration: 4 months
Location: Mahwah, NJ
Max Hourly Rate: $Market/hr All Inc


Qualifications:
50% onsite rest is remote

Primary responsibilities include:
- Training delivery and logistics management
- Train-the-Trainer knowledge transfer to Super Users
- First POC for power users across branches to work through their post go live issues/tickets
- Categorize issues into (P1: customer related, P2: Finance related, P3: everything else)
- Liaise with training team to find solutions and liasion with IT team
- Liaise with IT to find solutions and convey them

Requirement:
- 5 years SAP training and user support experience
- Understands basic SAP functionality – Sales, Logistics, Contracts (heavy customization), Customer Service (SAP CRM), and some Finance
- Has the foundation to separate out training issues vs IT issues
