JOB Role:Senior Integration Analyst/Programmer
Location: Santa Clara, CA
JOB duration:: Long Term


Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage various Implementation sub-projects as assigned by the program manager • Assist with planning and management of various projects including evaluation of integration technologies, data extraction from systems, ETL projects etc.
2. Monitor project progress, tracking key milestones, using Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools • Coordinate project communication with impacted areas across the organization.
3. Track any/all open issues, working to address and resolve as quickly as possible
4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and/or project costs as needed/applicable
5. Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as well as continued development and refinement of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
7. Maintain high levels of satisfaction while clearly managing client expectations

Position Requirements
1. Must have a minimum 6 years of experience working in healthcare or in healthcare implementation environment
2. Strong experience with Integration technologies like HL7, CCD, Ensemble, Orion Rhapsody, Mirth Connect and others along with knowledge of scripting languages
3. Experience integration Epic with disparate systems
4. Knowledge of Epic Bridges, Epic CareEverywhere/Interconnect Server Infrastructure and ability to design interfaces.
5. Knowledge of HL7 2.x, DICOM, NCPDP, X12, Understanding of HL7 3.x & FHIR, XML, ASCII standards for electronic data exchange
6. Knowledge of transport protocols like MLLP/TCP, HTTP(S), FTP/SFTP, WebServices, SMTP, XD for electronic data interchange
7. Data Extraction experience from systems like NextGen
8. Previously worked with a team of interface engineers interfacing with LIS, RIS, Pharmacies, Clinics, Hospitals, Public Health Registries and others
9. Experience with MS technologies like SSIS, MS SQL Server etc.
10. Knowledge of backend Warehousing/ODS data structures for interface data
11. Strong HIE implementation experience
12. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
13. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office; familiarity with other databases and analytic tools a plus.
14. Strong Analytical Skills
15. Proven track record of working independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
16. Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
