a. Min 3-4 years hands on experience with Spot Fire
b. Min 3-4 years’ experience as a business analyst
c. Strong analytical skills; Ability to assimilate complex information
d. Ability to gather and document business requirements
e. Ability to understand database design and perform source to target data mapping
f. Be able to write SQL queries for extracting data for reports
g. Ability to prepare test plans and participate in testing
h. Great communication skills
