 Manage the customer experience onsite using various Tealeaf modules, Tealeaf UI capture, server installation, and installing/configuring new CX modules.
 Able to identify and share debug sessions from Tealeaf
 At least 2 years’ experience in an analytical business field 
 Strong analytical capability, including application of quantitative reasoning to resolve complex problems, knowing how to aggregate results vs showing trends
 Detail-oriented and self-motivated
