Technical Lead - Salesforce Service Cloud and/or sales cloud


? Extensive experience with technical architecture design with proven experience in interfacing highly complex mobile and web solutions with APIs and enterprise platforms and services
? Expert knowledge of:
- SFDC CRM application (Sales and Service Cloud) capabilities and constraints, mobile and web technologies: Java, HTML5 and ESB

- Integration and Data services architecture and techniques: SOAP, REST, JSON
- Enterprise Application and SFDC integration tools that includes integrating with external applications using SOA / ESB technologies, between different business systems and from multiple data sources
- SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the SalesForce Security model
- Advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes
- Relational database concepts and how to best implement database objects in the Salesforce.com platform
- Custom user interfaces with VisualForce and custom business logic in APEX

? Strong business process/system analytical skills
? Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
? Demonstrated client facing consulting skills, including managing client relationships
? Experience working with cross-functional, globally dispersed teams; strong team skills including the ability to lead and be a team player
? Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels. Ability to work with business users to transform and develop requirements into design, implementation and business solutions.
