Excellent Communication skills
· Should have knowledge of Accounting reporting requirements e.g., P & L Statement, Balance Sheet
· Should have analytical, organization, interpersonal and process improvement skills.
· Should have technical writing experience.
· Ability work with multiple groups and external companies
· Ability to work with different people, including accounting manager, tax manager, business lead
· Ability to organize meeting and drive requirement sessions
· Preferred 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business System Analyst, on accounting projects.
· Preferable work in implementation of accounting standards project e.g., US GAAP, IFRS
