.Net Architect
1)Total 10 to 15 years of experience for delivering enterprise solutions or products on .Net and related technologies.
2) 7+ years of work experience with enterprise solutions for Microsoft platform (Cnet, WCF, Entity Framework, Visual Studio, TFS, ASP.net MVC )
3) Key Skills Implementation experience in technologies –
a) HTML5, CSS3, Cnet, JQuery, and WCF web services, XML, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server. Framework\Pattern
b) .net 4.x, IOC(Castle Windsor, Unity framework), MVC, MVVM Special software – Microsoft TFS 2013, Visio 2013, Quality center, SOAP UI, ResharperResponsibility
c) Translate Business Requirements into Architectural Design and layout the Application Architecture and Design for the project- Lead Offshore teams to develop, test, support and deploy desktop, custom web, and mobile applications in a .Net environment, keeping up with project processes and deadlines.
4) Assist junior team members in understanding and writing a quality code, conducting code reviews with developers, code refactoring. Also, assist and support projects with their technological challenges- Work in a multi-project environment and if required, own the responsibility of end to end delivery- Research and evaluate new software related technologies and products.
5) Development of prototypes for new technology initiatives and product review/selection/recommendation- Create software documentation and update existing documentation
6) Adhere to best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies Support existing application and provide best possible solution to Client errors/problemsAttributes required
7) Experience in design of building highly scalable, maintainable and available applications using Microsoft technologies
8) Excellent Communication Skills- Experience in working with an Offshore team
9) Strong positive attitude and a demonstrated ability to accomplish complicated projects
10) Self-motivated with leadership Skills- Analytical and problem solving skills
11) Adaptability to work in an multi-project environment
