Job Description:
SUMMARY:
This team consists of 50+ Pega Developers that support a group of 36 applications. This team does mostly Level 3 support and Break/Fix and process about 1,200 tickets per month. They also do a lot of Sev 1 & Sev 2 triage. The team is a mix of on/offshore resources that support a 24/7 environment and rotate an on call role for weekends.
SKILS/TECHNOLOGIES:
PRPC V 6.x / Pega 7.
PRPC Flows, Activities, Repots and Correspondence.
Enterprise Class Structure.
PRPC Integrations.
SQL.
Pega PRPC guardrails.
BIX.
Hands on experience in J2EE development.
Hands on experience in Web Services development.
Middleware Integration (MQ series or similar
Database SQL query optimization.
UI development experience.
Involvement in all the phases of the PRPC project development.
Exposure Pega Implementation Methodology / Agile development.
Exposure to the PRPC Case Management.
Exposure to Internet Application Composer.
Packaging and Deployment.
Exposure to the frameworks.
Microsoft Visio, Rational Rose or Similar UML tools, UI Design and Development, Integration Development ( SOA
-J2EE application servers (any of Websphere, Jboss, Beblogic, Tomcat), RDBMS Development (any of Oracle, MS- SQL Server
-Experience in developing the Pega PRPC Applications in the Mortgage, Financial Institutions is a plus.
