"Overview of Role:
Individual should be able to work in a BFS domain as a Data Modeler with a good experiece on Teradata and data warehouse concepts.
Responsibilities:
1 Transforming business information into logical data models and managing the enterprise data model.
2 Designing and instantiation of the physical data model based on the logical data model
3 Facilitate the discovery of entities, attributes, relationships, and business rules from the functional experts and the user community.
5 Enhance new and existing logical models with entities to represent client specific key models.
6 Good team player with good communication skills.
7 Maintain and publish project business rules and the associated enterprise data dictionary.
Qualifications:
1 Any data Modeler related certification would be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Strong experience as data modeler.
Mandatory Skills:
a. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
b. Should have > 6 yrs of exp.
c. In depth knowledge of data modeling methodologies and techniques.
d. Good Communication and project management.
e. Should be flexible.
Secondary skills:
1. Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
Desired Skills:
Financial Domain Knowledge."
