"The desired Technical Project Manager will be working on an enterprise level effort involving data: sourcing, aggregation, analysis and reporting with outputs to Bank Leadership and Federal Regulators. The desired candidate will oversee the SDLC of Technology and Business initiatives acting as or in concert with an Agile Scrum Master. Candidates will also oversee waterfall based initiatives. Prior experience managing technology projects is required. Previous Bank of America experience and professional certifications are preferred.
The desired candidate will be responsible for the following: financial forecasts; test plans, scrum facilitation; guiding teams through sprints, Define, Analyze, Improve and Control Phases; sprint retrospectives, point estimations; risk mitigation; creating project plans; TARS; timelines; impact assessments and hitting milestones. There is a strong need for development or database experience. This individual will be working in a cross functional/matrix environment. The desired candidate will have a 4 year degree and 10 years of related experience in a similar project management role.
Minimum Requirements:
4 year college degree: Computer Engineering/Financial Degree
Agile methodology (Scrum Master or coach)
SDLC project management experience
10 years of industry/IT related experience
Experience managing database/data warehouse projects
Excellent technical skills; SQL, Excel and VBA
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Financial forecasting/budget management
Knowledge in data lineage and metadata tools (Adaptive)
Exposure to financial / product control functions within a bank.
Exposure to Java, C++, Python scripting.
The ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, across multiple locations and time zones, and to interact with demanding business users
Desired Requirements:
PMP or scrum certifications
Six Sigma experience; Greenbelt or Black Belt certified
