Responsibilities:
Support the app development to expand the self-service functionalities and capabilities of an IVR system, for a major North American retail bank.
Duties:
Read the User Interface (Experience) document provided by the design/line of business people.
Prepare high/low level design documents.
Code for those updates in Java/J2EE using Eclipse IDE
Unit Test and deploy the code to SIT.
Support the SIT testing team and also fix any subsequent defects out of your work.
Prepare for production deployment
Support your code if there any issues out of the production environment.
