Job Title: RPG/Java Developer
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Duration: 6+Month
Position: RPG/Java Developer
Looking for a RPG Developer on a 12-month project. The successful candidate will be able to:
o Make modifications and provide support to existing custom ERP.
o Create and modify modular programs using RPG IV on multiple AS/400''s
o Utilize customized RPG applications while maintaining and re-engineering the AS/400 system
o Work with users to troubleshoot various issues
o Extensive knowledge of RPG IV and SQL using DB2/400 tables and CLP
o Knowledge of all AS/400 programming and operations functions
o Experience building complex RPG systems
o Experience in Object Oriented programming, specifically Java
o Knowledge of Structured Systems Analysis and Design
o Knowledge of Database design and data modeling techniques
o Knowledge of Java and Web programming is a must.
o Knowledge of connectivity to PC and Internet functions
Required:
Bachelor’s degree preferable and 5+ years experience required
o 5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming, specifically Java
o knowledge of AS400 programming
o 2+ years building complex RPG systems
o RGP IV
o SQL
o Java programming
