Job Description :
"Business Analyst who can analyze the business needs and assess feasibility for enhancements to existing application or building new applications.

Elicit and document business and functional requirements
Generate process/data flow diagrams, user guides, and QRCs.
Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to IT team, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews.
Work with test team to develop system integration test scripts and ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations.

Top 3 Skills Required
o Ability to produce Requirement and Functional Specification documentation
o Ability to produce User Stories, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Use Case Diagrams
o Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and work on the same to meet business requirements.
