"• Analyze business requirements for FRTB standardized approach and work with front office, market risk and capital teams to develop and document corresponding functional requirements
Perform and document the results of gap analysis on data elements defined as required capital calculation inputs
As Senior Technical Business Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Financial securities knowledge including both cash securities and derivatives
Ability to analyse tradable security data attributes for mappings and implementation work
Strong written documentation skills with good technical understanding of Java based applications
Strong Oracle & SQL and understanding of relational data models and ability to write SQL
Strong problem-solving and communication skills and enjoys a collaborative environment
Flexible, self-starter, fast-learner
Analysis and requirements documentation experience for enhancing and maintaining mission-critical software in a fast-paced environment
A successful candidate will have exposure to the following as part of the role, so prior experience would be great but not required.
Vendor data providers (e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, MarkIt)
Working knowledge of Java
Working knowledge of Python
