Job Description:
Must be able to develop, design, configure and troubleshoot SharePoint Online out-of-
the box and customized functionality.
Candidate Specific Requirements, at an expert-level:
Experience developing in SharePoint Online preferred
5 years minimum experience in SharePoint 2013/2016 Configuration &
Design/Customization
5 years minimum experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365
5 years minimum experience supporting/administering SharePoint on premise
and/or Online
7 years minimum experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, ASP.Net
Resumes must provide demonstrated experience in providing written and verbal
communication skills
Must be able to gather and translate user requirements to technical solutions and
implement those requirements
Related IT certifications preferred (SharePoint)
Related College degree preferred (Bachelor and/or Master degree in Computer
Science or Information Systems)
Description of Work:
Configure and implement out-of- the box SharePoint sites to include but not be
limited to web parts and workflows/services
Design and create SharePoint templates.
Develop metadata and taxonomy based on user requirements to ensure view and
structure of application fits user requirements.
Configure search scopes.
Document library and list setup and customization.
Configure Permission/Access Control.
Design and implement out of the box and customized workflows and page views
Provide support for installation, farm configuration and use.
Train staff on the use of system.
Provide SharePoint assistance ranging from system information and/or
documentation to system configuration and problem resolution.
Participate in HIR project meetings and initiatives for House customers.
Provide consulting support to CAO personnel and other House customers.
Serve as a resource for solving user problems and confer with senior engineering
staff to resolve more complex problems.
Interact with other CAO groups as appropriate to efficiently respond to user
requests/problems.
Perform other, within scope, official duties as assigned.
