Banking,Risk and Complains domain, payment gateway experience is required.
Digital Banking application experience is highly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
requirements and break them down to comprehensible story/requirement units for consumption by engineering teams.
Drive concept study and new idea research.
Agile Product owner for one or more sprint teams.
Provide user stories, answer queries, review and sign-off sprint and product demos.
Provided functional test cases.
Skills and Requirements: 8 years experience
Understands Java Enterprise architecture, Service Orientation and Object Oriented design paradigm
Experience working with global teams
Experience driving user requirements to software product releases
Uses logical analysis and data for decision making
Must have experience in Payments industry – Banking experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and leadership skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Ability to understand systems from all levels: from the "big picture"
Good at documenting technical specifications
Experience with light-weight and/or Agile development methodologies, and with the realities of commercial software engineering.
