Job Description :
Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for a wide range of system design activities.

Works at a high level in completing and executing architectural system designs.

In addition, the Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for translating the architecture space and providing design specifications to the delivery engineers.

Lastly, the Senior Engineering Manager will manage and mentor a team of professionals to ensure delivery of projects.

Essential Job Functions

Works with client personnel and executives to identify functional requirements and subsequently works with and leads others in the identification, justification and design of client solutions.
Responsible for overseeing a team of Senior Engineers executing a wide range of design activities from requirement analysis through systems, applications and/or process design specification.
Requires knowledge across multiple platforms, processes and architectures, as well as broad knowledge of new technologies, and will include directing the design efforts of less experienced engineers/architects.

Experience Requirements:

10+ years’ experience as a Senior level IT engineering manager.
ETL/Reporting: Advanced knowledge of Informatica, Business Objects.
Messaging Servers: Basic/intermediate knowledge of IBM Websphere MQ.
Enterprise Service Bus: Advanced knowledge of integration platforms - Mulesoft, Biztalk, etc.
Expert in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
