Overview
Part of a small team responsible for performing an update on an existing
Oracle IAM implementation, and perform some enhancements to the system.
Overall project duration is 9 months. Upgrade is from 11gR2 PS2 to PS3.
Components are OUD, OIM, OAM, OAAM. Enhancements are HSPD-12 SmartCard
Authentication, Additional BIP Reports (some embedded in OBIEE), Federation
via SAML, modifications to an existing Application Development Framework
Self Service application.
Required Skills:

Preferred Skills:
* Experience performing an Oracle IAM Upgrade, preferably 11gR2 PS2
to PS3

Responsibilities
* Responsible for the delivery of an upgrade and enhancements to the
Access Management (OAM/OAAM), Identity Management components (OIM) and
directory components (OUD) of and Oracle I&AM Solution.
* This role is responsible for leading a small team through
analysis, design, build, test, and deploy activities related to I&AM
components, as well as associated user interface pages,
Federation/authentication schemes, reports, and Patch Set Upgrade (from
11gR2 PS2 to PS3
* The team will also be responsible for implementation of Single
Sign-On, HSPD-12 SmartCard integration. Federation is using OAM with ADFS
as the IdP via SAML.
* Work closely with Application Integration Architect, Fusion
Middleware Admin and Client Security teams to implement virtual instances of
IAM components for scalability and maintainability.
* Troubleshoot issues when they arise.
* This person will be assigned technical tasks in addition to
providing technical leadership.
* Provide guidance/technical escalation for project team members and
for administering the upgraded Oracle Identity Management Suite.
* Identifies cross-team issues, and communicate them to the
appropriate leads.
* Validates that the Security solutions and Security architecture
designs utilize the security components appropriately to meet Enterprise
needs.
