Title: SharePoint Developer [XTGL_72377]
Location: Tampa FL
Type: 3 Months Contract


1. Create a custom Alert to show when contents in a web app have NOT been changed (reverse logic
2. If someone hasn’t made any changes in 3 days

2. The conversions department needs this reverse logic so that management gets an alert if nothing is moving on their conversion list.

3. Create the following forms using InfoPath and incorporate use of DocuSign or Adobe Sign:
Vacation & Time Off Request Form
Swap/Change Request Form
Training Request Form
PIR (Project Initiative Request)
Change Control Form
Equipment Requisition Form
Shipping Request
Discovery Call Request Form

4. Note: DocuSign is used by EVO. Adobe Sign is used by Sterling. Also, we need to have InfoPath Filler within the standard Group Policy so folks can actually view and fill out the forms.

5. Create the following workflows:
Escalation
Documentation Review
ADP Adjustments
eNews
Discovery Form
Change Control
Equipment Requisition
Shipping Request
Document Approval
Note: workflow service is currently not configured on the server.

6. Create an “Excellence in Service” page for Quality Assurance. This page should have all team members listed in a drop-down. Also, it should have number of stars in a drop-down. Plus the site should be designed within a table that is easily modified.

7. Modify the Department Calendar for Client Services so various categories are color coded:
Time Off
Leaving Early
Tardy
Weekend Support
Unscheduled Absence
Bereavement
Block Out
Skeleton Crew/Observed Holiday
Weekend Support
Saturday Coverage
Weekend Block
Specify your own
the Calendar should include a legend.

8. Code all sites so that “Recent” doesn’t appear on the Quick Launch.

9. Code all sites so that the intranet disclaimer is a standard when creating sites and sub sites.

10. Revamp the Card Brand Compliance site so that certain libraries are linked based on views/filter/sort. Create a single library with all Alerts/Bulletins understanding the limitations of the number of documents and integrity of search.


11. Revamp older sites so that breadcrumb is not visible and zones can be modified:
Project Management
Training & Development
Card Brand Compliance

12. Revamp the Training and Development sites for their Course Pages so that it is easier for them to input their courses.
