Required Experience
The Contractor must have, at a minimum, the following experience:
1. Two (2) years of experience developing applications utilizing current
Microsoft’s .Net framework
2. Two (2) years of experience with Cnet
3. Two (2) years of experience with SQL Server - writing stored procedures, queries, views, and triggers
4. Two (2) years of experience with, and knowledge of, Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices
5. Two (2) years of experience with Model/View/Controller (MVC) design pattern
6. Two (2) years of experience developing web-based application
7. Two (2) years of experience with Javascript/JQuery, HTML5, and CSS 3
8. Two (2) years of experience using MS Visual Studio, and Visual Studio
Online or Team Foundation Server
9. Two (2) years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
10. Two (2) years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and software requirements
11. Two (2) years of experience developing and executing unit and system tests
12. Two (2) years of experience working with IT Security standards with regard to application hardening and data encryption
13. Two (2) years of experience with integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport
14. Two (2) years of experience with Microsoft IIS environment for clients and servers
