Job Description :
Mandatory requirement:
1. SME in Guidewire – PolicyCenter
2. Good knowledge in Configuration / Integration in PolicyCenter
3. Should have good working experience in P&C Insurance (preferably Personal Lines – Auto, HO, DW, Umbrella)
4. Experience in working on Guidewire PolicyCenter upgrade projects

Nice to have:
1. Good experience in Guidewire – BillingCenter
2. Knowledge in ClaimCenter
3. Experience in working in ClaimCenter upgrade
4. Experience in working & coordinating with offshore resources

To create| assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
(1 To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
(2 To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
(3 To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review.
(4 To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
