Position: Network Manager
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Duration: 6+ Months


Provides leadership to assigned networking group(s) in support of all customers as it relates to network design, network operations, network convergence and network security. Manages the planning, development, installation and operations of network systems by evaluating current and future business requirements. Develops, maintains, communicates and executes project plans and schedules, prioritizes requirements, and coordinates teams. Ensures products are compatible with existing and future environmental integration. Identifies, evaluates and resolves financial and business issues. Works on abstract problems across all functional areas within IT. Principal Accountabilities

Assumes responsibility for sales objectives.
Analyzes quantitative, qualitative and trend data. o Distills information from a variety of sources.
Recognizes how individual data points fit into a situation as a whole. - Identifies what additional data is needed.
Anticipates operational issues and develops preventative measures.
Solves problems impacting the area in a systematic and clear manner that can be understood by subordinates and colleagues.
Functions in leadership role within major project, designing and developing the largest, most complex total systems for organization-wide systems solutions.
Makes decisions on operating procedures, analytical approaches, and workflow.
Applies technical expertise in areas such as marketing, business acquisition, and/or client support.
Provides significant support in areas such as research studies, feasibility studies, tradeoff analysis, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings.
Responsible for budget reports, assures time lines compliance, and develops staffing models.


* Experience working for or with healthcare clients*

10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
4+ years managerial/leadership experience.
Begins to utilize their teams’ resources to provide advanced knowledge, skills and abilities required to resolve IT issues.
Strong knowledge of planning and forecasting techniques for multiple functional areas within IT.
Proven ability to manage a department or a group with multiple disciplines.
Advanced understanding and ability to develop and drive budgeting process.
Developing ability to coach and mentor both team members and business partners
