Seeking a talented Sales Manager/BDM to generate new client base by analyzing account potential, initiating, developing, up-selling, cross-selling and recommending new applications and strategies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for new business acquisition in I.T Staffing
Ensure client retention
Responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal
Expand existing Accounts
Negotiate commercial terms with the clients and handle the complete sales lifecycle.
Generate requirements from I.T clients
Work and Co-ordinate with internal support departments.
Forecast sales targets to meet company budget
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated success of working with Enterprise Customers and growing the business
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
Should be good in convincing and have strong interpersonal skills
Should have the ability to deliver results and perform in a challenging environment.
Target oriented individual with excellent negotiation skills.
A successful track record of revenue and profit growth as an Account Manager in software company
Ability to establish relationships with C-level decision-makers of major accounts across multiple markets
Excellent leadership skills
Solid commercial and financial awareness with knowledge of complex negotiations process
