Understanding Procure to Pay Process in SAP including GPD, MTO and MTS
Configuration experience in Material Master, Purchase Requition, Purchase Orders, Scheduling Agreements, Info Records, Source List, Release Procedures, Pricing, Automatic Account Determination, Stock Transfer
Setting up batch jobs and variants in SAP
Good understanding of procurement processes like release strategy approvals, direct, indirect, drop ship process, sub contracting, stock transport orders, cross company stock transport orders, consignment
Understanding integration with MRP, intergration with FI/CO, integration with GTS, integration with tax, integration with SD
Understanding of vendor management process
Ability to to write functional specs in detail
Understanding the quality control and change control process
Support business implementation by recommending best practice solutions
EDI inbound and outbound
Data mapping and data conversion
