Requirements:
12+ years overall experience with 5-7 years of experience as a full time certified Scrum Master cum Program Manager, should have handled more than 1 complex scrum teams at a time.
Ability to run sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos efficiently. Should assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed
Ability to ensure cross-team coordination, Liaise between the developers and User Experience/Visual Designers. Preferably a certified Scrum Master
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic, and timeline sensitive work environment
Strong communication, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple complex issues simultaneously
Strong knowledge & experience on Agile/scrum projects. Strong leadership with ability to effectively manage a discovery project deliverables
Strong requirements gathering and presentation skills
The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet program deadlines
Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling program
Sufficient seniority and credibility to advise project teams on their projects in relation to the program
