SQL Database Development
Stored procedures & scripts
Performance tuning
Troubleshooting
Strong C# development
C++ development – ideally since they have some sustained work that was written in C++
Note:
It is more a balance of SQL Server and C# .Net. No web. C++ experience would be a plus. Communication skills are important. Troubleshooting skills are as well. Please keep in mind that the initial tasks will be daily DevOps types of activities (error resolution, trouble ticket investigation, box validation post patching (with supplied scripts)
