Position Description:
Provide data architectural leadership in developing enterprise data/process models, and logical/physical database designs. Provide data and database development, maintenance, and production support. Participate in IT and Business project to define system requirements.

Experience Level:
3-6 Years. Skill Set: Business analysis. Business process modeling - enterprise to department level. Ability to interpret Entity Relationship Diagrams.

- but most important: strong analysis and reporting skills. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint Pivot Tables and Salesforce.com HIGHLY preferred.

This role will be supporting the following:
Broker Business Inquiries Call from our Member Services Call Center are routed to: Broker Compensation Services & Shared Service. The analyst will research, respond, answer and solves inquiries from brokers related to the following: Licensing & Appointment, Book of business reconciliation & compensation, Commissions, Book of business transfers, Book of business reports, Broker of record case management

Essential Functions:
- Provides direction for assigned components of project work.
- Coordinates, team/project activities & schedules.
- With some feedback and mentoring, able to develop proposals for clients, project, structure, approach, & work plan.
- Given scope of work, minimal feedback/rework is necessary.
- Evaluates effectiveness of actions/programs implemented.
- Researches key business issues, directs the collecting and analyzing of quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proactively records workflows, deliverables, and standing operating procedures for projects.
- Developing specified QA procedures to ensure accuracy of project data, results and written reports & presentation materials.


Basic Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of work experience.
Education
- Bachelor''s degree in related field required. Master''s degree preferred.
License, Certification, Registration

Additional Requirements:
- Must know Excel and Access
- Working knowledge of policies, practices and systems.
- Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
- General application of concepts and principles.
- Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce.com experience preferred.
- Master''s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of health care industry preferred.
- Familiarity with client health care system preferred.
