Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Developer, the Worker will need to have extensive experience with ServiceNow implementations, workflow engines, and have familiarity with ITIL processes. Particular emphasis is on the Change Management implementation while ensuring successful integration with other SN modules (e.g. Incident, Request Fulfillment, Asset, Configuration, and Problem Must have strong development skills and will be responsible for coding and testing technical solutions. The Worker must be able to bridge the gap between the defined business processes and technical requirements. Must be able to follow software development processes, follow a detailed project plan and generate work estimates. The Worker must be able to take assignments and direction from agency management and technical lead staff.
Onsite Requirements: Worker will be required to work on site with the team. Working remotely will be limited and must be pre-approved by the Project Manager and Direct Supervisor

II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Skills/Experience
8 Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements
3 Experience with ServiceNow development, scripting and configuration (specifically client scripting, business rules, UI policies, and workflows)
3 Experience implementing ITIL Methodologies in a ServiceNow environment
3 Extensive experience with highly complex security application requirements
2 Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external applications
2 Extensive experience in implementing domain separation in ServiceNow environment
Preferences:
Years Skills/Experience
5 Experience with web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
3 Proficient with the Microsoft Windows and Office products
3 Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local Government)
2 Experience with CPA ServiceNow application
