Position Description:
Provide JAVA development on a new development project in the Treasury space. Position involves working on a project with tight timelines applying Agile development methodology. Duties include: * Analyze, design and estimate possible IT solutions for turning business requirements into functioning application components. * Provide Solution Delivery Methodology artifacts associated with application components * Code and test application components in Java, Servlet, JSF, Primefaces, Amazon AWS and Java-related technologies using Ford Credit ATD Frameworks * Develop and execute unit and integration test plan ensuring application components meet technical specifications * Participate in the code reviews ensuring application component is consistent with other subsystems * Perform application builds using Apache ANT * Assist in User Acceptance Testing * Assist in developing project plans and tracking completion to plan
Skills Required:
- HTML, JavaScript/XML/Server side JAVA - J2EE and webdevelopment with JSF, Primefaces and Velocity. - WebLogic and/or Webspehere - Relational database MS SQL server, DB2, Oracle or Teradata - Eclipse, Accurev, ANT - Strong analytical and problem skills skills - Strong Oral and Written communication skills
Experience Required:
4+ years experience with HTML/JavaScript/XML/server side Java-based development * 4+ years experience with J2EE and web development with JSF, Primefaces and Velocity * 4+ years experience with WebLogic and WebSphere * 3+ years experience with Relational Database including MS SQL Server, Oracle and DB2 * Experience with Java-based IDE (ECLISPE), ACCUREV, ANT
Education Required:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field
