Must Have Skills:
Business analyst with excellent Retail e-commerce domain knowledge, with working experience in Sales Force commerce cloud (Demandware)
Previous experience as a Business Analyst on major E-Commerce transformation projects with Deep understanding of an industry domain
Proven capability of interfacing with clients business team, managing their demands and expectations and challenging appropriately to truly understand the business need and requirements
Proven experience in successfully leading requirement elicitation workshops
Significant experience in creating requirements specifications, process models and business rules for e-commerce solutions
End to end experience of the project lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations
Job Roles / Responsibilities:
Sales Force commerce cloud (Demandware) - Experience in SFCC Business Manager (Knowledge in Product/Promotion creation)
Creates and maintain the Product Backlog.
Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business objectives
Groom Product Backlog prior to the Sprint Planning Meeting in order for the team to remain productive.
Assist with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.
Work closely with business users and IT management to define and manage expectations, control scope and lead project teams.
Facilitates workshops for the client and end users to agree functional and non-functional requirements
Works with the client to agree and document detailed design and acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional requirements and for project deliverables
Executes gap analysis against proposed technologies
Liaison between development team and client and Handling client relationships.
Assumes responsibility for planning the requirements gathering and management processes
Organizes review and/or release of documentation when required
Supports development teams by providing clarifications to requirements and design
