Overview: This role is for the Project Manager who thrives and is experienced with driving meetings, scheduling and running phone conference calls, collecting meeting minutes, building project plans, maintaining a requirements matrix. working with various stakeholders. They will be using tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and an online project management tool called Clarizen. This Project Manager will create project status dashboards.
The successful candidate will work directly with various business owners to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.

Project Manager responsibilities and duties
Drive meetings, phone conference calls and collect meeting minutes of detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Create and maintain a requirements matrix working with different stakeholders
Build project plans and see projects through to the finish line
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals by way of project status dashboards
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Must have enterprise level experience working in a Publicly Traded company
Recent SOX environment experience
Project Manager qualifications and skills
5 -7 years’ experience in project management
Familiarity with Microsoft Project software’s collaboration and time management tools
Clarizen online project management tool experience would be a plus
PMP Certification
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Experience with process improvement and inventory control
Microsoft Project, Excel experience required
Microsoft SQL and testing experience a plus
