Who are we looking for?
Consultant with Migration SME capabilities in Office 365 (Primarily Exchange Online & Lync/Skype for Business) for one of the IT Service Management clients. Combining an SME knowledge of Office 365 and a strong consultancy skillset these consultant should be able to help our client; Office 365 opportunities; develop business cases; design migration roadmaps and target operating model strategies of Office 365 migrations.
Support specialist with extensive support experience around Exchange/O365 and Lync for one of the IT Service Management clients. Individual should be passionate about technology, innovative, multi skilled and able to deliver project under stringent project deadlines.

Technical Skills:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of technology delivery, specifically Office 365, with an end user impact, with strong experience of some or all of the following:
Delivery of projects that encompass Office 365 deployment and migrations.
Experience of mapping business requirements to the Office 365 feature set.
Experience integrating Office 365 with Microsoft Lync an advantage.
Experience of migration tools like Quest and Binary Tree an advantage.
Experience across all aspects of an Office 365 project lifecycle from Solution architecture to deployment.
Possess the intellectual capacity and relevant experience to develop creative, breakthrough approaches and solutions to complex problems
Have first class communication and persuasion skills
Excellent Documentation capabilities
Demonstrate a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Embody excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
An understanding of the issues associated with managing workplace IT and the operational and security challenges that large and complex organizations face when moving to an "As a Service” cloud model.
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and networking
Hands on experience with Microsoft Exchange server 2010, 2013 & O365 Exchange Online, Lync server 2010, 2013 & O365 Lync Online
Very good skills on Exchange & Lync troubleshooting.
Good understanding of underlying network and storage related to Exchange architecture and Lync Architecture. 
Good understanding of Troubleshooting, Mail flow, Client Access, Database Issues, backup & recovery of exchange servers, Public Folders, Online Archive, Mail Encryption Etc.
Good understanding of High Availability scenarios inclusive of Site DR 
Experience in working on Microsoft Lync clients (2010/2013) or Skype for Business 
Experience in working with voice products, Unified Messaging, Telephony basics 
Process Skills:
Change Management Skills
Qualification:
At least 7+ years of work experience in deployment and migration of O365 (Exchange Online) infrastructure
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
About the practice/ Project:
·       Providing migration support services to large IT Service Management organization.
