Job Description :
SAP HCM Consultant (OM,PA,TIME) Mobile, Alabama 6+ Months $60/Hr on
C2C/1099
20 hours a Month,
2 weeks onsite rest all is remote, client will cover expenses for onsite
travel
Essential Functions :
- Work directly with clients for daily support of their SAP HCM system
- Requirements gathering and creating specifications
- Configuration and testing of PA , OM, Time, Rec
- Schema, operation and rule changes within Payroll and Time Management
- Create clear and concise documentation describing requirements and
defined processes
- Troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve configuration issues
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years relevant business consulting / industry experience
Experience leading 4+ resources through the project life-cycle
Business case development experience
Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating
meetings
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
Bachelors Degree
