Need 8+ Years of Business Analyst with HR initiatives experience

Ideal candidate should have hands on experience on HR initiatives, time management, attendance and payroll functions.

Candidate is responsible for Intake of requests, including developing business requirements related to desired technology solutions and services which allow initiatives to be scoped, estimated, prioritized and approved within the overall business capability roadmap.

Meet with Corporate Services stakeholders to understand and document business needs, primarily working with HR initiatives.

This role will transition requirements to the Service Delivery team, ensure requirements traceability, and provide support to the SD team from creation of functional specifications to implementation.

They will also serve as the liaison between functional requesters and other technical teams, including Architecture, Security, and Supplier Management office.

Candidates should also have a good understanding of project processes and associated deliverables.

Includes a mix of project work and management of smaller requests/enhancements.
