Job Description :
Minimum of 7+ years of IT work experience focused in software design and user interface design.
Must have Healthcare experience working in ITS/Blue2 area.
Experience working on mainframe in healthcare project.
Resource must adhere to BCBSA development guidelines and process.
Effective at analyzing business requirements and current system behavior and collaborating to create UX/UI design documents including functional specifications, system use cases, mock-ups, wireframes, and design models.
Experience with creating UI prototypes, mockups and wireframes according to business requirements and need.
Experience in HTML5 and JavaScript
Experience in branding and iconography.
Experience using BALSAMIQ, Microsoft office (including Project/Visio), SharePoint, Rational Tool Set (ClearQuest, ClearCase), PhotoShop, MS Paint
Experience with Source Control and Requirements Management.
