Job description

At least 6+ Years of Experience in IT Support Services.
Proficient in supporting laptops, Windows OS, E-mail and other client applications.
Good Knowledge on supporting Apple Mac-books
Good organizational skills and adherence to support practices such as ticket management and knowledge transfer
Knowledge on providing basic IT Services such as printing, Video conferencing calls etc.
Basic Knowledge on Office IT Services such as DHCP, DNS, AV, WSUS etc.
Basic Knowledge on Networking LAN concepts such as VLAN, routing, ACL etc.
Basic Knowledge on Wi-Fi concepts, WAN concepts such as Internet, MPLS etc.
Basic Knowledge on Data Center management such as alarms, physical conditions, and documentation etc.
Basic Knowledge on IT office equipment management, including asset disposal, requisition, procurement etc.
Basic Knowledge on IT office management, including new setup and closures.
Knowledge on various Info security concepts, Build monitoring and management system, CCTV Surveillance etc.
Good communication & customer handling skills
Experience with customer satisfaction best practices, meeting KPI, and flexible practices
Should be an Excellent Team player
Should have experience working with teams globally in all time zones
