Competencies: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Business Intelligence
Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills: Experience supporting current releases of SQL Server (2012 and 2016)Experience installing, upgrading and patching SQL Server databases. Experience designing and implementing database security and user accessKnowledge of database partitioning, materialized views, indexing and parallel execution. Experience in tuning existing and new databases, including adjusting database parameters, filesystem tuning and server tuning. Experience writing and tuning complex SQL and TSQL code Recommend changes to database design and code to improve system performance Ability to analyze and resolve data issuesProficiency is troubleshooting complex problems and the ability to provide detailed problem analysis Ability to manage projects Ability to mentor junior DBA staff Review/Documenting sop docs
