Job Description;
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Information Technology related major or equivalent experience
Previous experience integrating SNOW and VRA using REST highly preferred
Minimum 8 years of technology working experience in a large enterprise environments
Minimum 6 year of ServiceNow hands-on administration and implementation experience
Minimum 4 years of experience using JavaScript, HTML, SOAP and REST API
Experienced in ServiceNow scripting and creating complicated workflows
Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications
Service Management or Infrastructure Services background
Practical experience with the ITIL framework
Strong communication skills
Collaborative and team-oriented in building solutions and achieving results
Strong problem solving skills and ability to deal with ambiguity
Personal commitment to the success of the organisation and focused on results
Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist preferred
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
