Description:
Understand program requirements and discuss, determine the execution
strategy. Manage key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and
closing processes for each component and/or equipment; develop and implement
project plan; build team ownership and commitment to project plan; mentor
and/or coach team members Manage the technical challenges of technology
application and new product development; identify, communicate, and manage
technical risk. . Implement Product Development Projects; lead team to
complete activities to current policies and practices; keep documentation
organized Final quality check of the deliverables, on need basis (depends
on the functional area deliverables. Take part in document creation,
approval and signature meetings (if any) as an authorized Service Provider
representative Execute development engineering activities.

fundamentals-design discussions Process development & design practices

small component manufacturing- stamping, machining (conventional CNC , mill
turn, Electro chemical, Metal injection molding, powder metal, welding,
mechanical joining, fine blanking, additive manufacturing (3-D printing),
plastic injection molding, welding, joining, electro-mechanical, and
others
