Responsibilities:
Perform analysis re digital video viewing trends and behaviors.
Advise management about how and where viewers are watching content.
Extract and disseminate findings from FOX Multi-Platform dashboard.
Inform key business decisions and practices (marketing, scheduling, publicity, finance, and programming.
Work with digital product management to maximize effectiveness & consumption on digital platforms
Advise management about performance of digital products
Populate and maintain multi-platform and social TV dashboards. Provide regular observations and respond to ad-hoc requests.
Strategic information on how best to leverage social media and translate to ratings.
Responsibility for tagging and thorough digital viewing and reporting.
Insure digital data accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in media research at a broadcast or cable network is required.
Language / Communication: Good oral and written communication skills are necessary, including good writing skills.
Mathematical / Reasoning Skills: Strong mathematical/reasoning skills required.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of digital TV applications and analytics (comScore, Adobe Omniture, Nielsen Social Guide) is essential. Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
Other Skills & Abilities Required: Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary. A demonstrated ability to work well with limited supervision is essential. Good interpersonal skills are required. The ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high pressure environment is crucial.
Physical Demands - Frequently required use of hands and fingers to write, manipulate telephone and computer keyboard. Regularly required to hear, talk and use close vision.
