We have an urgent requirement with our direct client for Technical Support 2

Position: Technical Support 2
Duration: 1+ Year
Location: Dallas, TX
INTERVIEWS: In-Person

Required Skills:

Experience with Microsoft Windows 2012/ Active Directory/Azure Cloud
Experience with Windows OS upgrades and server hardening methodologies
Experience in backup to disk technologies and Cloud integration
Experience in datacenter infrastructure technologies and cloud integration (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
Demonstrated problem-solving and solution development skills and the ability to explain problems and propose solutions with rationale to the management.
Must have strong electro-mechanical aptitude
Ability to use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
Can see hidden problems
Is excellent at honest analysis
Looks beyond the obvious and does not stop at the first answers
