1. Review AP testing policies for recording audio and exam administration/exam instructions
2. Identify Chromebook recording apps that appear to meet AP testing requirements
3. Configure a GSuite for Education test environment with one or more Chromebooks that can be used for test and evaluation purposes
4. Download, install, test, and evaluate all recording apps
5. Document results of the app evaluation, identifying recording apps that meet AP’s requirements and those that do not and why
6. Research options, document the steps (including skill level and time) required to setup Chromebooks in a manner that meets AP testing policies in the following use cases:
Chromebooks are ‘managed’ by Google GSuite
Chromebooks are ‘managed’ by a digital language lab
Chromebooks are unmanaged/stand alone
7. Review with Client, revise, formalize the steps into a ‘how to’ whitepaper/guide that complies with AP/Client standards
8. Develop training materials (and notes) for use by Tier 1 and ETS tech support
9. Deliver a training session to Tier 1 and ETS tech support
10. After whitepaper/guide is published, answer Chromebook related questions from schools until ETS is trained and staffed to support (duration is TBD)
11. Produce a weekly report on findings/progress


Required Skills:
GSuite Certified Administrator or GSuite Deployment Specialist
Chromebook architecture and deployments


Preferred Skills:
Experience administering GSuite for Education at a K12 school.
Experience with statewide online testing systems such as TestNav

GSuite Certified Administrator or

Position will require the consultant to have access to Google GSuite for Education and a Chromebook to perform deployment/configuration testing and evaluation of various recording apps.
