Job Description :
Role: Tier 2 Application Support Analyst (Retail Domain)
Location: Redmond WA
Experience: 4-6 years
Duration: 6+ months

Mandatory Technical Skills 4 to 6 years of service desk experience in Retail applications domain.
Experience in supporting in AX Dynamics, CRM Dynamics applications
Strong IT Experience in Retail domain
Experience in handling Point of Sales device and associated peripherals issues (Cash registers, printers, reports)
Experience in handling store transaction related issues with retail sales applications(Transactions declined, Latency)
Act as a Liaison for the Store Management Teams and various IT resolver groups.
Proficiency in wirting SQL queries and data analysis

Desirable Technical Skills AX Retail, CRM
Experience in working on incident/Request management ticket tools (ServiceNow)

Mandatory Functional Skills Excellent and effective communication (written and oral), telephone and listening skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
Prioritize and stimulate escalations to ensure visibility, traction and ultimate closure.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
Good customer relationship building & management skills
Strong documentation skills
Knowledge on support (Incident, request and change management) functions
