Job Description :
5+ years of experience with change management and strategic communications
Experience with easing the client into new processes, educating them on the benefits and impacts, and adjusting strategy to accommodate the client's shifting priorities
Knowledge of the execution of change management plans and communication strategies for large–scale IT implementations
Ability to support the adoption of IT product rollout through partnering with stakeholders, drafting and releasing frequent clear and consistent messaging, breaking down stakeholder resistance, and establishing trust and buy–in
Change Management Certification, including PROSCI
Advanced EXCEL analytical skills (expertise to extract percentages from the raw data and merge 25 EXCEL files together)

Additional Qualifications:
Ability to interview stakeholders, analyze data, and create a plan.
Experience with championing transition and operational improvements in the organization, taking a vision and driving it from concept to solution, focusing on outcomes and evaluation
Experience with creating executive–level messages and visualizations that convey information and knowledge about the project and drafting and coordinating the delivery of strategic communications
Experience with facilitating collective decision–making
Ability to engage with key stakeholders on business needs, then translate business needs into improved processes
Ability to drive cross–organizational adoption and the effective use of standards, process improvements, and best practices
Ability to be solution–driven, results–driven, self–motivated, and innovative
Ability to lead efforts to introduce standards and guidance across business divisions
Ability to read a room to develop an awareness of stakeholders’ influence and strategic roles, regardless of position and adjust the tone and direction of communications and meetings
